Google reviews
Your star rating and best Google reviews, updated daily.
- In Settings → Connections, tap Connect Google Business Profile and sign in with the Google account that manages your business on Google Maps.
- If that account manages more than one business, choose which one.
- In the block, choose the lowest star rating to show and how many reviews (up to 10).
The block shows your average rating, how many reviews you have, and your latest reviews with that rating or more (reviews without text are skipped). Reviews update once a day. Visitors can open all your reviews on Google.
Before you connect, you can paste your Google Maps link in the block: visitors then see a Read our reviews on Google button.
You can't edit or hide a single review: what's shown is exactly what Google has, including Google's translation note on reviews written in another language. Long reviews show their start and a Read more that opens the whole review. To answer reviews, use your Business Profile on Google.
If your reviews can't be updated for 30 days (for example because the connection to Google stopped working), they're removed from your page, as Google requires, and visitors see Read our reviews on Google instead. They come back as soon as an update works again.
Open your page and tap Edit. Tap the block to change it, or tap + between blocks to add a new one.
